Q: How much do ALFs cost? What is the difference between Shared and Private accommodations?
A: Price varies depending on the facility, however average cost is $2000 for a shared room and, $3800 for a Private. Sometimes, if our clients want a lot from a facility with a lower budget and are partial as to their living space, we will recommend a shared room in a more upscale community.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Some facilities are pet friendly, we can tell you which ones are.

Q: How can I continue seeing my Doctor-if not within a 15 mile radius or it's a small style facility with no transportation and they have no one to take them to their doctor.
A: If it's a large facility, we will make sure to keep you within a 10-15 mile radius where the facility will transport you to your doctor. If not, we will have to find another doctor within your plan or make a decision to go on Medicare, whereby a visiting doctor can see you at the residential community.

Q: What happens if I place Mom and her care level costs go up and she outlives her money?
A: You can then apply for the Medicaid program to assist with the costs for Moms care.

A: Yes, most communities include Moms heavy laundry like linens and towels. Some communities include personal laundry, while others offer it as an extra service.
